oh i get it, so it's like a css color changer, would be cool to set the color configurations and transparency as a input for the user in a custom color, but it should be way too gimmicky to do...

The name "Panel Theme" is a bit of an exaggeration, as it only changes the background color of the panel. I should change it to "Panel Color". I might add a few more shades in the future.
