Ah, I see that now. I've never seen a Linux install with an exposed bin directory in a user's home, nor would I want one, so I guess I read ".bin" because of my own experience. This illustrates one of the main benefits to Linux - we can all have it our own way. :) Feb 13 2018
Nice and simple. The way I like my servicemenus. Thanks. Feb 13 2018
I figured out the issue. There is a missing "." from the desktop file. In the last line, change

~/bin/iso_manager-mount-image.sh

to

~/.bin/iso_manager-mount-image.sh

and it works. You should fix that and re-upload the files. Feb 13 2018
fuser, fusermount, fuseiso all installed. It doesn't give any output, just doesn't do anything. I don't see how it's to work without a mount point. I'm not going to install a giant list of servicemenus. I would rather keep only what I will use. Feb 13 2018

Genius reply again! That worked. Still don't have the bottom row of stuff, but I'm Ok without it anyway. Thanks again. Jan 10 2018
the bottom row is NOT on mine... Jan 10 2018
No, I removed to old version and added the new one. I'll try restarting the shell when I have a moment. I also just noticed the bottom row in the screenshot above isn't (looks like some systray icons and a task or desktop switcher and the clock) is on mine either, Jan 10 2018
Bummer, that didn't fix it. Updated to v51 still no color on the calendar even though the setting is there now. I'll keep fiddling with it. Could be a theme issue. Jan 10 2018
OK thanks, I don't have that option. I must be on an older version . I'll check into that. Appreciate the quick and complete response. Thanks again. Jan 10 2018
Any reason I get color on the list of events, but not in the calendar as shown in the screenshot? Jan 10 2018

Any chance we could get (or you could advise where to edit) to get inches of mercury rather than hectopascals and MPH rather than m/s for wind? Dec 19 2015

Love the theme. I installed Helium-One via System Settings using Kubuntu 13.04.

One problem: Lancelot. The menu bar that contains "Lock Screen" "Leave" "Switch User" and the Lancelot config Chalice icon isn't themed so that one small part looks like the "Oxygen" theme - which is dark and hard to read. I can provide a screenshot if it's needed.

It would be great if this was fixed in your up-coming new version.

Thanks for the cool theme! May 04 2013

Same reasons as my response above, but feel free to change it to use kdialog if you prefer it. Oct 25 2012
This ServiceMenu puts the checksum in the notifier. You should see a pop-up notification when it's done and the number will also be reviewable if you click on the notifier icon in the taskbar.

If you're not getting the info - it's likely a problem with your notifier.

You can change the location to the clipboard (see the above post) Oct 05 2012
I prefer the notification method because the clipboard does not auto-pop open when the checksum is ready. You can cut and paste from the notifier if you wanted the output for something.

Anyway: If you want to use the clipboard, install xsel and use

Exec=md5sum %F | xsel -b Mar 18 2012

Your location is the best if you want it just for your user. I tend to work on multi-user systems so my location makes the function available to all users.

Good to point out the difference - thanks. Mar 11 2012

I did discover that if I use the "Move to public folder and..." option, it moves the file (overwrites the original" and generates a correct URL.

Seems the problem lies with the location detector bit. Oct 15 2012
I continually get the error "You can generate public URL only for files and directories that are in your Dropbox Public folder."

The file in question is in the Dropbox Public folder.

I was re-arranging the device list order because the list defaulted bottom/up or left-to-right and I wanted opposite. When I selected the last device and arrowed it to the top, all the other devices we re-named the same as the one I was moving and it changed Linux to Unknown and Hard Drive to "?".

No biggie - I just renamed them - thought you should know it happened. Jun 01 2010

Maybe it would help if there was less text? Maybe use M, G, and T instead of MB, GB, and TB? Also "free:" and "total:" appear at every drive with varying amounts of space.

What if it was "19.2G free" rather than "free: 19.2GB" ? Then the second line could be "of 200.0G" rather than "total: 200.0GB" ?

Just brainstorming here - not trying to critique at all. Thanks for the quick response and again for the excellent widget! Jun 01 2010
First of all - great plasmoid. Works well on Kubuntu 10.04 64 bit using /usr as $KDEDIR.

I have a couple of comments/requests on layout and looks.

I have 22 partitions and shares so neither horiz or vert orientation will fit on one screen and still be readable. Maybe an option to have multiple rows or have the plasmoid on twice with options to hide drives?

Also - fonts sizes are not uniform (due to size variations?) Not a killer but could look a bit more uniform. May 31 2010

Thanks for a great piece of software! I saw RAID mentioned in an earlier post as "on the table". I just wanted to throw my vote in for this one. I'm using mdadm based software raid0

Currently, it detects and lists my raid partitions as devices in the "Devices" window, but doesn't identify the mount points or amount used. When selected, the partition window shows the /dev/mdX incorrectly by adding a 1 to it i.e. /dev/md5 is listed as /dev/md51

When selecting a "hard" device the raid partitions will show size information if the partition is mounted. Oct 19 2009
