I tried my hand at making a boot splash our of your theme.....
You will have to turn your png animation to a mng animation and figure out how to write the damn config file.... Documentation anyone? :-)

you mean bootsplash right, not ksplash.
if so, what engine does kubuntu use for the bootsplash. for example fedora 11 uses plymouth.
If it is simple, then sure i will do it.
Wow, that's the cleanest splash i've seen so far! Imagine secretly installing linux on a friend's Mac Pro with this splash and then watch his face as he power up the computer! =)

well Yes I mend bootsplash. Kubuntu use Usplash. some info i found: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/USplash
