Description: Full icon theme. This isn't my icon theme! Author is David Vignoni (www.icon-king.com). I just grayscale theese icons. I like, maybe someone else too.
The grey is attractive, I'll admit. I like it, though Nuvola's got great colors -- that's one of it's strong points.
It looks like all you've done, however, is desaturate the icons. True, they're greyscale, but it would help if you tweaked the contrast a bit, as most of these turned out rather...solidly grey. Just a thought.
