An Emerald theme I put together a little while ago. You'll need the Liberation fonts from Redhat - I use those everywhere in Gnome.
Set Emerald to not use decoration cropping and don't use the fade pulse animation.
It works fine with many of the default GTK themes.
The panel background is Lunacy-white.
I'm working on more button colors now :)
