I get this error when download opens

The file http://kde-look.org/CONTENT/content-files/136595-OxygenRings.qtcurve.rar was opened with UTF-8 encoding but contained invalid characters. It is set to read-only mode, as saving might destroy its content. Either reopen the file with the correct encoding chosen or enable the read-write mode again in the menu to be able to edit it.

Hmmm.. I don't know what is the problem. It works here in chromium. I tried firefox, download and file works too.
But when I tried Rekonq it gave me some strange message. I solved the problem in rekonq by clicking on "click here" with right mouse button and choosing "save as" option in message: "If the download does not start in 3 seconds: Click here ".
Please try with different browser and if it doesn't work I will upload new file :)
