I love this theme! I do have one small problem though: the icons in the system tray in Budgie are dark. Is there are any icon theme you recommend with this to make the icons light again? Or is this is a bug? I don't have this problem with other GTK themes.

I'm not a Budgie Desktop user, but a Cinnamon Desktop user. In addition, I've just learned of Budgie. So I don't see such a issue as of now.

I'll download some live linux dvd image and confirm later...

@vistaus
I've released v0.3. I added some workaround code to fix the Budgie-panel bug.

Hey I really like your idea of a simplistic flat theme. It reminds me a bit of "metro". But totally different and better.

I think your theme would look awesome in dark Grey! have you thought about it? Cool stuff man.

This is an amazing theme you have here :) Thank you for putting the work into this. I've been looking for a substitute for my thincle/flatgray mix fora ages ! A dark grey/grey version would indeed look awesome :)

Thanks.
I'm far along in creating a dark theme version of FlatSurfaces theme now.

Just saw the dark version your working on...
Nice Work! I'm Impressed! That would make an awesome Openbox GTK theme :)

My only suggestion (I may be way off here, if so disregrad) maybe try incorperating a bit of Dark Grey (Almost Black) into some of the elements... say the menus. That may make them stand out from the rest of the theme.

Oh on second look it looks like you did use the colors on menus. etc... nice work.

The only thing I would do is try a sligtly lighter black. just for the heck of it :)
