Now available in PPA for ubuntu 12.04: type following in terminal
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:anupku/skull-wood-bones
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install wood-themes-of-anup

That will install one light and one dark gtk3 wooden themes.
With this ppa you can also install skull-icon-theme
