Description:

This is mostly a sketch. I made the picture in Inkscape, looking at Bambi as a model for the fawn. I wanted it to walk on grassy fields, but my abilities as an artist is limited so I just made some XP-looking hills with a sky.

Right now there are probably not that many people who are using Feisty Fawn, since it won't be released until later this year, but I was hoping someone would take the time to improve this sketch into a real wallpaper that can be used...

The fawn is a reference to the next version of Ubuntu, nicknamed "Feisty Fawn". It's supposed to be "feisty", not "angry", but it's not very easy to illustrate. If you are not an Ubuntu user, check out www.ubuntu.com or www.ubuntuforums.org

There is a version without text, but I only put it in the gallery at www.ubuntuforums.org since I thought the connection to Feisty Fawn is more obvious there...
