I love this theme, but one thing I don't like is the scrollbar. To me it looks like someone didn't have enough coffeebeans left that day and was too hung over to buy some. I would love to see a scrollbarthat would stay discrete, but more defined, both in colour, gradient and outline. The rest of the theme does this very well.

Even installing all the dependencies (libatk*.deb) and the new murrine it doesn't work for me on karmic. I suggest to try it only on lucid.

if youre on karmic, i suggest you add this ppa https://launchpad.net/~suraia/+archive/ppa to your apt-sources to have the updated murrine engine for karmic, instead of downloading the deb package posted. the deb package posted works only for lucid.

download the original deb package that came with karmic from here http://packages.ubuntu.com/karmic/i386/gtk2-engines-murrine/download

then run this in terminal
sudo dpkg --force-overwrite -i gtk2-engines-murrine_0.90.3-1ubuntu1_i386.deb

this would force overwrite the git master version of murrine. HTH

This defo should be the default theme for Lucid it uses the Ubuntu colours, its not too flashy, not too boring, no this is great! keep up the good work

Funny, I got no problem here, but nautilus background got transparent: menu bar and location bar are now maybe 90% transparent. No problem, but funny anyway.

Nice job, beautiful.

The only thing I don't like (including Human in general) is the style of the panel, too similar to Windows 98 style...:S

I have uploaded a panel background, try it and let me know if you like:

Karmic users need to install libatk >= 1.29.3 in adition of the latest murrine engine:
You can download it from any of the mirrors listed here:
i386 (32 bits)
http://packages.ubuntu.com/lucid/i386/libatk1.0-0/download
x86_64 (64 bits)
http://packages.ubuntu.com/lucid/amd64/libatk1.0-0/download

Please add this to the theme's description.

To be honest, i didn't think that human theme could look soo great with just orange and brown. This has to be default human :) and those are really nice scrollbars btw

I installed both Human Lucid and Homosapiens.
But my icons remain the same: i don't see the new symbols (link, read only, etc)
What's wrong?
And how do i add the docks?
Thanks

Works great on Karmic if you force the murrine git package (libatk1.0-0 is too old).
