This is a Liquid XMMS-Theme. If you wonder about the code getting the title from the Tasklist: FreeBSD doesn't support xmmsctrl.

I think the appeal of this theme is its simplicity. No distractingly bright icons. Just blends into the background until needed. I like it this way.
I agree that showing the name of the current song would be nice. Again, if you do add this, *not* scrolling it would be better IMHO.

it only shows band name and track title, no visuals (no background...).
i am using suse 9.0 and superkaramba 0.33.
python bindings for xmms are installed and kde are installed.
also there are a few things you might want to add to the xmms theme like volume control, something REALLY cool but probably really hard to code would be drop down playlist..eh..eh ;-)
thanks for your work anyway and plz tell me how to get it working!
