Description:
I made this for myself mainly, its a combination of the "New Tux Bar" and "jBar" Mainly its jBar with New Tux's graphics. I didnt care for the moving icons, it drove me nuts so i took them out. The screenshot is how it looks all the time. The theme file is very easy to change.

Hmm perhaps you shouldn't have used such a wall papaer because it is so nice :P ! But the bar is cool too ;) ! Nice work !
