In this modification I've just added some temperature and fan sensors i needed.
Note that you 'll need hddtemp and lm_sensors. The gpu and case temp are provided by nvidia-settings consequently you need installed nvidia driver and a card wich have sensors. You may also have to edit the script to suit your config.
