I use kubuntu hardy. Widget is loading correctly but i can not see the date, countdown. Any suggestions?

Hi

I upgraded to feisty and the widget wasn't working properly. It was showing only the days and nothing else. When I tried to run lk_date from the shell I got this error:

awk: function strftime never defined.

The fix for this is quite easy. Just change any awk command in lk_date to gawk (GNU-awk). You might also need to install gawk:

sudo aptitude install gawk.
