the icon theme (mines modified, renamed songtwo so I could have both installed at the same time) is called minty. wallpapers: can't remember where it was found, probably in the darkest, dankest, evilest corner of the internet, but I can't give a link or author name in the description. If anybody knows, put it in the comments and I'll change it.
