Description: It is just a simple customisation based on the Radiance and Human themes that I did to save some pixels on menus and scrolling bars. You can also set your environment to only show icons if you want to save a little more space. Using Faenza icons is recommended.
I have noticed that there is no longer a simple option in the Appearance Preferences menu for the "icons only" setting. If you like this option do the following:
Run gconf-editor
go to desktop/gnome/interface
double click toolbar_style and write
icons
