I don't know why, but all themes have the same text color: white. While this is ok with black foregorund, it's a bit difficult to see it with other colors (like this, when it's yellow) because there isn't enought contrast. Is it possible to change the text color?

In case it throws anyone else off, this file isn't actually gzipped. So just tar -xvf is all you need.
Actually, it doesn't matter. Just use kcontrol to install it, it doesn't care.
I reuploaded it so no it's really a .tar.gz
