I'm having trouble making this splash screen work. I've copied all the files into /usr/share/apps/ksplash/Themes/Redondo/
directory, permissions to *.png's and .rc files are all the same as other themes.
in the control panel it runs as it should when you test but when you apply and restart X the default splash screen displays.
any idea? i'm using kde 3.4
I edited both Theme.rc files (in the /usr and in /home directories) and changed the name of the splash theme in the first line to match the name of the folder. (Redondo)
That fixed my problem.
Please make it work with kmoodine engine. Small splash screen is not that good looking.
you've made a good one though. please port it to moodine engine.
