Imho people are having system functionality too much connected with its look. So even it is quite nice (win xp), people are like robots saying "no ... bad ... ugly" just because they automaticaly think about behaving (in way of usability) that system. I think this is bad.
However, author of this screenshot has win logo on his imho kbfx. That is imho bad, because win logo (that four flag-alike squares) is TM (trademark) of one company from Redmond, owned by one men who is offen called Bill. :-)
