My current desktop looks like this.

Gtk theme: MurrineNeoModed (can be found here) with pixmaps GtkToolbar (that actually looks good even with more than one toolbar (Evolution Compose mail for example))
Window manager: Beryl with emerald theme Dream for tiger (could be found here) and a slight mode to use the same title bar pixmaps on both active and unactive windos and more spacing between buttons and window icon.
Gtk patched with the macmenu bar patch.
Icons: OSX + Aqua + dont_remember_already
Wallpaper - stolen from a Mac
Dock - kiba-dock from cvs

I do not know about how ppl feel about this toolbar but I really really like it better - the clearlooks/murrine happens to has a really ugly upper edge when the menu is moved to the panel.
