Longene 0.3.1 was released, this release adds support for non-root users function, support Chinese path function.

Longene is a modified linux kernel which based on Linux, ReactOS, Wine and other opensource projects. It adds Win32 subsystem of Windows into the Linux kernel to support both Linux and Windows applications.
