Conky manager, Guvcview already created, just adjust the .desktop files on /usr/share/applications, they use absolute paths for icons.

Yes, I tested the Manjaro with KDE before you post your comment, I assumed by your octopi icon ;). Everything works correctly here. I'll ask to kindly make the following tests:

1 - Try to remove the icon cache and then reapply the theme;
2 - Use another icon theme, such as Oxygen or KFaenza, and see if the icon is changed;
3 - Maybe the category icon is set with absolute path, in this case, just fix it on menu editor.

Regarding the network icon, I'm working on an update for Evolvere Plasma theme :) - May 22 2014

Seems to be a bug in your dolphin version, not related to the icon theme. This does not happen here (KDE 4.13), what version you have? If your version is old, try updating your KDE. If the problem persists, I recommend reporting a bug to the developers (https://bugs.kde.org/), they certainly can help better it. If they suggest that the problem is the icon theme, let me know. - May 19 2014

Try to remove the icon cache (~/.kde/cache-[machine-name]/icon-cache) and the thumbs cache (~/.thumbnails/*), then select the theme again. Also, try choose another icon theme other than the default to see if the problem remains. - May 18 2014

Thank you! Regarding small icons, you read the notes? Specifically the second:

2 - All icons with sizes smaller or equal to 24px are monochromatic (I said all), with very few exceptions, such as emblems and some actions icons. This prevents breakage of standardized icons in some situations. So, if you see small colorful icons, is because they have not yet been adjusted, however, they will be. I plan to create a totally colorful variant, but that future may not be so close. - May 17 2014

This prevents breakage of standardized icons in some situations, eg: Applications that do not use appropriate status icons in the systray; Icons out of context in the toolbars (as Ktorrent using mimetype icons and apps icons), and so on. I intend to do a full-color set, but this is for a more distant future. - May 15 2014
