Yes.

I solved the problem. Ubuntu 17.10 is not using the default gnome-session causing themes not to work right (Why should you break such functionality as a big linux distributor?!?).

Solution: sudo apt install gnome-session and relogin - Apr 10 2018
Bottom bar is now okay, but top bar is still in a light grey border - Apr 03 2018
I installed this theme, but the top bar is still light grey and the bottom icons are placed inside a dar grey box instead of on a transparant background - Apr 03 2018

11. Install gir1.2-gtkclutter-1.0 with apt install gir1.2-gtkclutter-1.0
12. Install blyr from https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/1251/blyr/
13. Install workspaces to dock from https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/427/workspaces-to-dock/
14. Install activities configurator from https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/358/activities-configurator/ - Apr 03 2018
1. Download the packege
2. Extract the folders C-Flow and C-Flow-No-Icon-Shadow into ~/.themes folder (maybe you have to create it)
3. Install gnome-tweak-tool in a terminal with sudo apt install gnome-tweak-tool
4. Install gnome shell extensions with sudo apt install gnome-shell-extensions
5. Open tweaktool (you can run gnome-tweak-tool from shell)
6. Goto Extensions
7. Set extensions to on (upper right corner)
8. Enable user themes
9. Goto appearance
10. Select C-Flow from the shell drop down list (maybe you have to restart first)

The text in the top bar is dark grey and unreadable. How can I make it white like shown in the pictures above? - Apr 03 2018

I installed this theme, but there is no transpancy on my system and the top bar is light grey instead of transparant.
