Elegant, simple, functional, and beautiful. I vote this should be the default ubuntu windeco (if they ever switch to emerald out of the box). I'd personally do the buttons a little different, but it's a nice effect. I like how there is just the right amount of transparency. - Sep 01 2009

I highly recommend learning some scripting. It's well worth it believe me. - Jun 21 2009
Remember, with nautilus you can use any interpreted language to do your bidding, you just have to know the script. This is a shell script (common .sh file) which runs a shell command on the selected file. - May 25 2009
first thing I'd do is get the gpsbabel command line and make sure that works.

Then you can use scripting techniques to generate the output file name like I did or prompt for it.
