It works with Ubuntu 12.04 LTR. This is the theme that I use so I will have to update it before 12.04 is not supported by Ubuntu, but that's a long way off. Sorry.

I use Thunderbird so I never caught this. I should have a fix on the next version, but it will be a while before I have time - Dec 04 2012
sorry I didn't notice your comment before. I am looking into it. i'm on ubuntu 12.04 gnome 3.2.1. I believe you can change the text and background colors of the thunderd bird app on the gtkrc file on the gtk-2.0 folder right below the "#firefox color issues fix" comment - Jun 05 2012

I applied your fix. It works well. I decided to have red text instead for those that do overwrite the webpage color settings, like me. Also, I've noticed that some text fields (well I only saw 1 occasion so far) still have the black background, so having a text color visible in both black and white backgrounds is better i believe. Thanks.

as far as the cursor, mine is slightly visible. It depends on the ntext_color: value specified for gtk_color_scheme - Jun 01 2012
