Hi there,
I'm glad to see that AmarokScreenSaver is running smoothly in KDE 4.1 but there still is an issue. When moving the mouse the screen saver doesn't stop immediately - it takes a few seconds to 1 Minute until the screen saver stops and i get my desktop back.
After the first mouse move I'm able to control Amarok with no problems. I mean the shorcuts all seem to respond immediately and properly while i'm waitting to get my screen back.
Any clues? - Jul 20 2008

Hi,
I got Konserve: 0.10.3 well working under my opensuse 10.3 but i got a little question about making backups:
Is it possible to somehow skip a subdirectory? E.g. let's say I want to backup my whole home directory but not a specific directory located in my homedir. Is this possible or no?
Thank you!

Hi,
I'm able to successfully establish a connection to my company's vpn but...
when the connection is established (on eth0) I don't get access to my DNS anymore. I tried both, "Keep default route , and "Replace default route" but i get the same result. and once I'm connected, I still seem not to be able to get access to the vpn IPs. With Windows it all works flawlessly.
Thanks for help! :) - Mar 08 2008

James, by clicking on the 'Type' button a dialog box with the title '"Edit File Type audio/x-musepack - KEditFileType". I'm not sure if this is the box you're looking for. It gives info like "Filename Patterns", "Description" or "Application Prefernce order". If you're looking for the application preference order soundKonverter is not in there, i only have EasyTAG, Amarok and Kaffeine. I added soundKonverter to this list but there's no change, it still wouldn't recognize *mpc files.
Thanks for your help!

Hi there,
I got the latest version 0.3.6 but it wouldn't let me add *.mpc files even tho i installed the musepack decoder and it's properly been recognized by sound converter. I can see it in the plugins list. Is this a known bug? Will you provide a fix or should i check myself?
Thanks,

I was able to use that script for quite a while and it was a really good thing....but since the last Amarok svn update it wouldn't do it anymore, I updated to 1.4-SVN-0702240022 and it just wouldn't shut down my computer anymore when the playlist finishes. If you had a look into that, that would be appreciated!
