Fluxbox
Fluxbox is a stacking window manager for the X Window System, which started as a fork of Blackbox 0.61.1 in 2001, with the same aim to be lightweight. Its user interface has only a taskbar, a pop-up menu accessible by right-clicking on the desktop, and minimal support for graphical icons. Wikipedia

A very good and beautifully designed theme. That's what I was missing in fluxbox ;)
How did you get "š" in workspace name? When I edit my workspace names, it just ignores my šđčćž strokes... :-/
I've set Slovenian language as my default and also you have to use a font that supports those letters. Is that what you mean?
Hm... I am using Ubuntu and everything looks like I have all of my croatian locales and language setup right. I am using this theme right now, with the fonts you provided with it. Everything shows fine in window titles, menus and clock. So it's not that... The problem is, when I go to edit a workspace name (middle-click on root window > Edit current workspace name) the dialog just ignores šđčćž characters, although the layout seems to be right, as all other chars are placed as expected and work normally. I guess it is a Fluxbox bug. I was just wondering if you knew a workaround or something, but I guess you got that "Delovna površina" by default. Thanks for the answer, anyway. :-)
Now I remember. I didn't set my workspace names manually in the screenshot like you were describing. Try commenting out or removing this line "session.screen0.workspaceNames:" in your "~/.fluxbox/init" file.
Thanks for the suggestion! If I edit that line in the init file it works fine. :-)
