IMHO Lightly is not quite ready. My system becomes sluggish with Lightly. Switched to Kvantum.
Should I find a Kvantum theme with similar color, I'll switch. Like your theme because of the color (maybe that's silly, but that's that)
Ok, installed Lightly-Qt from AUR, however in system settings I do not see the configuration panel for Lightly. Things are ok, I can wait till Lightly makes an update for that.
BTW my plasma vesrion is: 5.24.5, Framework: 5.94.0
However using a kvantum theme, it works as well.
All in all I'm happy.
Global Themes in Plasma are Meta- or Super-Themes, capable of changing multiple aspects of the desktop environment at once, like Window Decoration, Plasma Theme, Color Scheme, Icon Theme etc. In addition, one can define the complete Layout, like what panel to use where, the menu type used and much more.

10 The colors combined with the transparency effects make this a very pretty global theme, you did a good job!

Give me some time, I'll try to prepare a kvantum theme for this.
