Description: A panel spacer with virtual desktop switching for KDE Plasma.
This widget is suitable for people who want to quickly switch between virtual desktops only with mouse, but find Pager uncomfortable due to its size (too small or too big) and appearance (cluttered and distracting).
Features - Supports both flexible and fixed sizes. - Navigation can wrap around. - You can left-click/middle-click/right-click the spacer to: - Peek at Desktop - Show Overview (default for left-click) - Show Grid View - Show Present Windows - Run Command
Known issue You cannot combine this widget with the built-in panel spacer to center other widgets. Instead, place this widget on each side.Last changelog:
2.0.1
- Use dbus-send instead of qdbus for click actions
10Absolutely great. I could not live without this. Allows quick movement between virtual desktops... and much more
@ eatsu: Since a picture tells more than thousand words - the pictures in the KDE Store do not do justice for your plasmoid. Please consider at least changing the second picture to show the behaviour - window of the widget, so that people could have better understanding of what this widget id cabable of. (And to all who are reading this - this widget is exactly what you have ever dreamed of having).
One can get some idea of the great cababilities of this widget in this comment in KDE Discuss: https://discuss.kde.org/t/nicco-suggest-never-using-minimize-how-to-effectively-use-virtual-desktops-instead/33461/20
